Meet Sam Nutting

Executive Chef

Sam Nutting is our General Manager and  Executive Chef at The Catch and brings over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in various prestigious kitchens, developing a deep passion for all things hospitality. 

He has worked in many busy restaurants, everything from humble breweries to elegant white tablecloths, he has always enjoyed thinking out of the box and challenging his inner creative self. He is very excited to bring a touch of his style to the Littleton area. 

Outside of the kitchen, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda along with his stepdaughter, son, and his adorable Corgi puppy. They love cooking special meals together, going on outdoor adventures to the river, and having movie nights at home. These activities not only bring them closer as a family but also inspire his culinary creativity.
